IteratePro ("we", "our", or "the Plugin") is a Figma plugin that generates design variations using AI-powered translation and copy. This policy explains what data we handle, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Access

The Plugin accesses only what is necessary to function:

  • Design content — text layers within the Figma frames you explicitly select and run the plugin on. We do not scan your entire file.
  • Plugin preferences — settings you configure (layout direction, spacing, preferred languages, AI model selection). Stored locally on your device via Figma's clientStorage API.

2. AI Translation

When you use the AI translation feature, the text content of your selected layers is sent to Anthropic's API to generate translations. This means:

  • Selected text content leaves Figma and is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing.
  • Anthropic processes the request subject to their own Privacy Policy.
  • We recommend not running AI translation on personally identifiable, confidential, or sensitive text.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or retain:

  • Your Figma account information or credentials
  • Your design files, images, or assets
  • Usage analytics or telemetry
  • Any personal identifying information

4. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service involved is Anthropic, used solely when you choose to run AI translation. Anthropic's own terms and policies apply to content processed through their API.

5. Local Storage

Plugin preferences are stored using Figma's built-in clientStorage API. This storage is scoped to your device, never synced to IteratePro servers, and clearable at any time by uninstalling the plugin.

6. Children's Privacy

IteratePro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the plugin evolves. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms govern your use of the IteratePro Figma plugin. By installing or using IteratePro, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IteratePro is a Figma plugin that generates design variations from a template frame, supporting AI-powered translation via Anthropic's Claude API, manual copy, and provided copy variations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid Figma account. By using IteratePro, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. AI Translation

AI translation is provided as part of the IteratePro service. When you use this feature, selected text content is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy govern that processing.

5. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Plugin. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or use the Plugin to build a competing product. Output you generate remains your intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IteratePro to generate unlawful or harmful content, circumvent Figma's platform restrictions, violate Anthropic's usage policies, or scrape AI outputs at scale for training purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED TRANSLATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR USE CASE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.
