These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IteratePro Figma plugin ("Plugin", "Service"). By installing or using IteratePro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
IteratePro is a Figma plugin that generates design variations from a single template frame. It supports AI-powered translation via Anthropic's Claude API, manual copy entry, and provided copy variations. The Plugin operates entirely within your Figma environment.
You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid Figma account to use the Plugin. By using IteratePro, you represent that you meet these requirements.

AI translation is provided as part of the IteratePro service. When you use this feature, selected text content is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Your use of this feature is subject to Anthropic's own Terms and policies.
IteratePro and its underlying code are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin for your design work. You may not:
Any designs, variations, or output you generate using the Plugin remain your intellectual property.

We make no guarantee that the Plugin will be available at all times or free from errors. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Plugin at any time without notice. Updates will be distributed through Figma's plugin system and may change functionality.
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED TRANSLATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR USE CASE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ITERATEPRO OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ERRORS IN AI-GENERATED OUTPUT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IteratePro and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Plugin, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
